✨ Features

Daily Notes Integration – Quickly append content from Drafts to today’s, tomorrow’s, or any selected date’s Daily Note.

Task Management – Create tasks directly in Craft’s inbox or Daily Notes, extract markdown tasks from drafts, and set schedule/deadline dates.

Document Creation – Create new Craft documents from drafts with optional folder selection, back-links to the original draft, and Daily Note links.

Collection Support – Add items to Craft collections with full property support, including text, numbers, dates, single/multi-select fields.

Smart Workflows – The “Smart Add” action intelligently detects collections in documents and offers contextual options.

🔧 Configuration Options

Each Action has a Define Template Tag step that defines the name of the used credentials. If you want to access different APIs (e.g. one for Full Space access and one for multi-document acces (e.g. to scope the selection of documents easier) just change the defined name (DO NOT change the Template Tags name (“CraftApiCredentialName”) change the content of the template to something other than “CraftImagineDailyApi”.

On first running an action of the group you will be asked for the url and (optionally) the token for the API. After authorizing it once, the credential is securely stored in Drafts integrated credential store and will be reused for every action using the same credential name.

Attention: to access tasks you have to use the Daily Notes & Tasks API or the Full Space Access API. You can’t use the Multi-Document API for that.

In the initial configuration the Actions for tasks use a different credential name to not force every user to create a Full Space Access API. You can however just add the credentials of the Full Space Access API into them.
