Replace URLs by MD links

Detects all URLs in a draft and replaces them with a title markdown link if the title exists. (Pages like google.com don’t seem to have a title)
Uses a regex pattern already used by @complexpoint in a similar fashion.
Uses @sylumer ‘s very wide ranging TADPole library
