Adds the current draft to DEVONthink with the title formatted with the year month day hour minute prefixed to the draft title.
Adds the second line of the draft as the URL location to the DTTG item.
Adds the tags on the draft to the tags in the DTTG item.
Anything in the third line and beyond is the body of the item in DTTG.
