Base64 encode WordPress credentials

This action prompts for your WordPress base URL (include https://) and credentials, storing them as a credential object in Drafts, then converts them to a Base64 encoded string in the correct format for use with the Post to WordPress action.

You do not run this action directly - it will be automatically called by the Post to WordPress action.
